You are also requested to furnish the details about his/her National & International rank/ position at present. Hope you will be kind enough to give the details within the schedule date to proceed further on the matter with the Sports Department, Government of West Bengal.

An invitation letter sent by Bangaldesh Olympic Association to BOA Hony.Secy Mr.Chandan Roy Chowdhury seeking confirmation on Participation.
