As you all know our beloved Chief Minister, Smt. Mamata Banerjee, recently announced the above Scheme for the benefit of former sportspersons and their dependants.

To make the Scheme workable, the BOA has taken the initiative to reach as many deserving sports persons as possible.

You are requested to go through the Govt. Notification and other forms carefully and circulate to all sportspersons who come under the guideline.

The completed forms along with photocopies of supporting documents should be submitted to the BOA Office by April 18, 2018 positively along with State Association’s concernt certificate without which the BOA will not be able to issue its recommendation to any sportsperson.
